Steven B This "movie" is hot garbage. There is a single jump scare, othervthan that it a slog filled with unlikeable characters. Zero scares except the one jump scare close to the end (which actually really got me), but other than that, nothing but college-level wooden, exaggerated acting and a meandering, surprisingly confusing third act. Actually about 1/2 way through it took a right turn into melodramatic drama territory about consuming obsession and loss - nothing really to do w/the original premise. But by the end it course-corrected back towards horror. Unfortunately it gives the viewer a serious case of whiplash. And of course, it's indie horror so don't expect anything to be explained at the end. But this turkey took it to a whole new level. There's more loose ends here than a cardigan sweater picked apart by crows. Unfathomable glowing reviews here that don't make sense. This one sucked. Rated 1/5 Stars • Rated 1 out of 5 stars 05/10/24 Full Review Adam B A really solid found footage horror movie (or rather found footage, within a movie, within a documentary, within a movie). Rated 3.5/5 Stars • Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/08/24 Full Review Karina P This was a pretty good movie, the ending was a bit lacking though. As a Maryland native, I can appreciate it! Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/09/24 Full Review Logan L I watch a lot of horror movies and am generally disappointed by almost all of them. This was not one of those movies! Kind of a strange premise for the object of terror, in my opinion, but it was extremely well done, with a final scene that's guaranteed to make you sharply inhale through your teeth.
