As I don the cap and gown, I can't help but feel a whirlwind of emotions. Convocation day is a testament to years of hard work and dedication, resulting in the well-deserved degree in my hand. It's a day of mixed feelings as I bid adieu to the place where I acquired knowledge and, more importantly, made lifelong memories.College was the canvas where I painted the picture of my education. The hostel, my second home, taught me the essence of friendship and family away from home. From taking care of friends back to health during their sickness to orchestrating unforgettable birthday bombs, we've been through it all.As I step into the world beyond, I carry not just a degree but a treasure trove of experiences and cherished memories. Here's to the past that has shaped us and the future that awaits🎓🌟 #Convocation #MHA #IIPHG #Friends #Grateful

A management student is always excited to solve a business problem. My team recognised a problem that was entirely related to the Indian healthcare system, namely "Digitising ASHA's incentive system".Since management students are frequently taught how to solve business or healthcare problems in a classroom, we thought why not take a chance and try to solve this problem? The only drawback is that we are unable to develop an app; otherwise, we can create everything related to finance, operations, pilot studies, human resources, etc.And I'm proud to say that Hackathon-2022 has accepted our solution, appreciated our efforts, and invited us to attend it's Regional Round held at International Automobile Centre of Excellence Center. We appreciate the Government of Gujarat for giving us a chance to contribute to society.#healthcare #business #management #startup #digitalhealth

Great success comes with great sacrifice.I have listened this statement many a times but today i really felt it when I was talking with one of my uncle who is friend to my father, he's currently serving the country in Indian Navy and also got award from President for his remarkable work in the Navy a.k.a TF award (Life time achievement award for armed forces).I happened to meet him today and we had a brief conversation over a cup of coffee. I insisted that he share his journey, and he began by narrating his early years. He said, "Prince, there was no electricity back then, so we used to study with a DEBRI (which is a lamp made of syrup bottles in north India that has been filled with kerosene). " He added that we used to mark the bottle for daily uses, and if that mark was crossed, he used to blow it off since if he used today's kerosene in addition to tomorrow's, he wouldn't be able to study. His father's death when he was only three years old made matters worse. He also remarked, "I used to feel hungry, I sobbed out of hunger, but there was not a day when I didn't study." He was entirely dependent on his mother and himself.Today I feel very much privileged for having everything, but TBH I felt little ashamed of having everything but not utilizing it fully. He also provided me with other examples from his service from which I learned that if you put in the effort and are sincere, no one can stop you from receiving everything you are entitled."Service before self" is credo of his life.#work #success #learning #struggle

The possibilities for learning and growth are limitless. We enjoyed Kapil Jhawar ( Associate director IQVIA) sir's session on clinical research and how management students from a variety of backgrounds may contribute to it. Additionally, sir has correctly noted that your drive to learn is more significant than your background. #management #growth #learning #clinicalresearch #healthcare

One of the key responsibilities of a hospital administrator is to utilize and analyze clinical health data for better patient outcomes. This smoothens the overall operations and the quality of a hospital. It has not only expanded my understanding of analytical skills but also has provided me with a different vision to evaluate problems and their respective solutions. I'm grateful to the organizers for this enriching experience.Coursera #hospital #dataanalytics #quality #operations
